Philosophy
Everything is feasible – at least as far as our customers’ wishes are concerned.
Our customers’ satisfaction – and thus our success as an independent and export-oriented steel trader– is based on this claim.
Our principles:
General principles
- It is our central task to fulfill the procurement requirements of our customers in the best possible way.
- We use our excellent trade and factory contacts to make even the unusual possible.
- As an internationally active company, we respect and value all cultures and traditions.
Customer Principles
- Our customers are our partners.
- For us, partnership means communication, cooperation and the willingness to respond flexibly and quickly to all requests.
- Our goals are long-term business relationships built on fairness and reliability.
Employee Principles
- All employees participate in the success of our company through their performance.
- We give all employees the opportunity to learn together from each other and to meet each other as people.
- We support all employees in understanding the scope, structure and philosophy of our company.
- We give our employees the certainty of being objectively perceived in their tasks and performance.
Partner Principles
- We maintain a fair, reliable and long-term cooperation with our partners.
- It is important to us that our partners recognize that they can define and achieve goals together with us.
Engagement
Commitment, by conviction
We believe that success also obliges us to address the concerns and problems of those for whom fate is less kind. For this reason, we are particularly committed to children, as they are also our future, and People in needwho would be without hope without outside help. Therefore, we currently support:
Austrian Children’s Cancer Aid
This organization has set itself the goal to give children with cancer and adolescents with their families new strength and hope through their support.
Make a Wish
The Make a Wish Foundation is the largest wish fulfillment organization in the world. Worldwide, more than 25,000 employees try to fulfill wishes of seriously ill children and thus bring some happiness into the lives of these children. We support the Austrian subsidiary of this organization.
Care Center Gruft
The Gruft is a Caritas facility that provides comprehensive care for homeless people in Vienna in a former crypt under the Mariahilfer Church with the goal of reintegrating them into society.
